If someone you know is planning a new software product, I may be able to help. I'll pay you $5,000 USD as a thank-you for a qualifying new client introduction, subject to a 30-day hold and the referral terms below.

How it works.

I work with founders building or rebuilding a product. Development services through Blueprint Ventures Inc. start at $15,000 USD a month. A personal equity stake may be part of a separate ongoing advisory role as fractional CTO. If that sounds right for someone you know, here's how to refer them.

  1. 01Leave your details. Your name and email let me know who to thank. You can also tell me who you have in mind.
  2. 02Share the site. Send them blueprintventures.dev so they can see whether the service fits. If they get in touch, ask them to put your name in the referral field.
  3. 03I'll arrange your payment. Once your new client has signed an engagement contract and paid the first month upfront, a 30-day hold applies. I'll then arrange your $5,000 USD payment, subject to the referral terms.

Terms and conditions

Please read these referral terms before registering with Blueprint Ventures Inc.

Who can join.The programme is free to join for people in non-embargoed countries, including the United States and Canada. We cannot work with people in embargoed countries.

Personal introductions only.You agree not to spam. Only make personal introductions to contacts you have permission to contact and who would be a good fit for our services.

New clients only.A referral must be a new client with no existing relationship with Blueprint Ventures Inc. or Lee Benson. Clients with an existing relationship are not eligible for a referral bonus.

One bonus per client.The referral bonus is a one-time payment of $5,000 USD per qualifying new client. There are no recurring referral payments.

When payment is due.The referred client must sign an engagement contract and pay their first month upfront. A 30-day hold begins once both requirements are met; your bonus is paid after that hold, subject to these terms.

What does not qualify.Equity-only arrangements and engagements cancelled before the first month of work begins do not qualify for a referral bonus.

How we pay.Payments are made by wire transfer to any non-embargoed country, or by ACH if you have a United States bank account.

Payment currency.All referral payments are made in U.S. dollars.
