01Your outline reaches me. The form emails your details and any attachments directly to me.
02I reply personally. I'll let you know whether the project fits, ask any questions and share my availability.
03We talk. If we're a fit, we'll discuss scope, timing and the full arrangement. Work starts once we've agreed the terms in writing.
